Cancelling your Order If you ordered anything from our website, but would like to cancel your order, you can request to do so below. Your cancellation needs to be received before your order is shipped, and if so, the full amount (including shipping) will be refunded to you. For preorders, please cancel more than a week in advance of the publication date, as we might ship your book early. Please make sure to mention the order number. Please note that digital products cannot be cancelled once the download link has been sent to you. Returns If there is an issue with a product, for example if a book is misprinted, or a product is otherwise damaged, it can be returned as long as you are based within Europe.
